Axis Bank increased paid-up capital by allotting equity shares under its scheme

Axis Bank Limited announced on August 4, 2026, that it has allotted 285,127 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to the exercise of stock options/units under its Employee Stock Option/Restricted Stock Unit Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 6,222,728,814 to Rs 6,223,299,068.
