Fermenta Biotech Limited will hold a board meeting on August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, both standalone and consolidated, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Trading in the company’s securities will be closed for directors, promoters, insiders, designated persons, their immediate relatives, auditors, and other connected persons from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
