Khemani Distributors re-appointed B Chordia & Co. as auditor for five years

Khemani Distributors & Marketing Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of M/s. B Chordia and Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditor for a second term of 5 years, from the conclusion of the 15th Annual General Meeting on August 4, 2026, until the conclusion of the 20th Annual General Meeting in 2031-32.
