Skipper Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that Independent Director Mr. Ashok Bhandari (DIN: 00012210) passed away on August 3, 2026, having served in the role since September 6, 2017, and was a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Those Charged with Governance Committee of the company’s Board of Directors.
