ITCONS E-SOLUTIONS LIMITED announced that shareholders approved a change in designation for Mr. Adit Mittal from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director for a term of five years effective May 26, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mrs. Nikky Gupta as an Independent Director for a five-year term beginning August 6, 2026. Additionally, the company’s shareholders approved revisions to remuneration for Managing Director & CEO Mr. Gaurav Mittal, and increased limits for granting loans, guarantees, securities, and investments under the Companies Act, 2013.
