Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited reported a net profit of Rs 12,752.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, a significant increase from Rs 9,665.93 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Total comprehensive income reached Rs 12,759.93 crore, compared to Rs 9,625.02 crore a year prior. Earnings per share (EPS) before exceptional items was Rs 25.76, up from Rs 19.60 in the June 2025 quarter. The company’s profit before tax was notably impacted by an exceptional item of Rs 2,264.11 crore related to an actuarial valuation stemming from new labor codes. During the quarter, 116,701 equity shares were issued due to the exercise of stock options, and the company’s paid-up equity share capital stands at Rs 990.34 crore.
