UltraTech Cement’s Finance Committee approved Rs 5,000 crore debenture allotment via private placement

UltraTech Cement Limited announced that its Finance Committee has approved the allotment of Rs 5,000 crore in fully paid, unsecured, listed, rated, redeemable, rupee-denominated, non-convertible, non-cumulative debentures on a private placement basis, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on Wednesday. The debentures are split into three series: Series I and II with an issue size of Rs 1,500 crore each, and Series III with an issue size of Rs 2,000 crore, with tenures of 2 years 6 months, 3 years 6 months, and 5 years respectively.
