Transcorp International’s revenue rose 24.3% to Rs 283.65 crore, fueled by RBI approvals

Transcorp International Limited, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange as 532410, announced a 24.3% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations to Rs 283.65 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, alongside a 175% surge in Profit Before Tax to Rs 2.39 crore. The company, which provides foreign exchange, payment solutions, remittances, and financial inclusion services, also reported a 166% increase in Profit After Tax to Rs 1.73 crore and Basic Earnings Per Share of Rs 0.54, while finance costs decreased by nearly 39%. Additionally, the Reserve Bank of India granted Transcorp International membership to the INFINET and RTGS systems, and the company was empanelled as a Business Correspondent of Indian Overseas Bank.
