Krupalu Metals Limited announced that its board approved the Board Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the Notice of the 18th Annual General Meeting, including proposed resolutions and explanatory statement, at a meeting held on August 1, 2026, and also appointed M/s Sumit Bajaj & Associates as Scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process.
