TIRUPATI FOAM LTD will hold a board meeting on August 12 at 3:30 p.m. to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to reappoint M/s D A Rupawala & Associates as internal auditor for the financial year 2026-2027.
