Transcorp International Ltd consolidated sales up 45.41% on year in Q2FY2026

Transcorp International Ltd share price declined by 0.77% to Rs 25.8 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 44.25% to Rs 2.18 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 45.41% to Rs 284.99 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Financial Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 61624.32 crore, surging by 22.93%. It has slipped by 0.14% over last one week and gained upto 7.12% in last one month while the market capitalization of Transcorp International Ltd has improved by 0.44% and 6.07% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Transcorp International Ltd stood at Rs 2.98 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 115.94% year-on-year, and tanking 45.72% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, nosediving by 53.33% YoY and crashing by 106.34% sequentially. Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 47.97% to Rs 283.74 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tumbled 38.07% to Rs 885.82 crore, while net profit fell 17.50% to Rs 8.39 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA plunged by 730% to Rs 3.03 crore, and PBT softened 3.50% to Rs 11.31 crore compared to previous TTM. Transcorp International Ltd inched up 1.80% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 4.36% during the same period.
