ELCID Investments shareholders approved Amrita Vakil as director and re-appointed Kartikeya Kaji

ELCID INVESTMENTS LIMITED announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Ms. Amrita Vakil as a director, liable to retire by rotation, at the company's 45th Annual General Meeting held on July 31, 2026, and re-appointed Mr. Kartikeya Kaji as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2032.
