Gretex Corporate Services shareholders re-appointed auditors for five-year terms

Gretex Corporate Services Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. D.A. Kamat & Co as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the financial year 2026-27 through 2030-31, and the re-appointment of M/s. Jay Gupta & Associates as Joint Statutory Auditor for a second term of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting held on July 31, 2026, until the conclusion of the 23rd AGM.
