Gufic Biosciences Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Pankaj Jayakumar Gandhi as Whole Time Director for a further term of 5 years, effective September 07, 2026, to September 06, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the 42nd Annual General Meeting.
