Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd share price declined by 1.71% to Rs 135.2 after the company's net profit plunged by 86.67% to Rs 6.09 crore, while revenue from operations increased 12.63% to Rs 552.62 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Sugar industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 48741.73 crore, slipping 2.42%. EBITDA came in at Rs 25 crore, expanding by 72.24% YoY and plunging by 67.24% sequentially. Total expenses soared by 26.04% to Rs 534.4 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 129.64 crore, tumbling by 81.03% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 20.74 crore, collapsing by 13.29% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations softened by 9.79% to Rs 1956.52 crore, while net profit tumbled by 61.03% to Rs 52.42 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 24136% to Rs 151.77 crore, and PBT collapsed by 60.90% to Rs 75.11 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 200.69 crore in FY26, as against Rs 52.55 crore in FY25. Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd softened by 4.45% in last one year, performing in line with the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 4.36% during the same period.
