Tokyo Plast International Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Ms. Sonal Gandhi (Membership No. ACS -68341) from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective immediately following a board meeting held on July 31, 2026, due to personal reasons.
