Nishi Vasudeva to retire from HCL Technologies' Board in July 2026

HCL Technologies Ltd. announced that Nishi Vasudeva will retire from the Board of Directors as an Independent Director, effective July 31, 2026, concluding her second term and relinquishing her roles as Chairperson of the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
