Genesys International to raise up to Rs 12,537.11 lakhs through a rights issue

Genesys International Corporation Limited announced a rights issue of 2,50,74,226 equity shares, with a face value of Rs 5 each, at a price of Rs 50 per share, including a premium of Rs 45, to its eligible shareholders as on August 6, 2026. The rights issue ratio is 3 shares for every 5 shares held, and the total amount to be raised will not exceed Rs 12,537.11 lakhs, with the Rights Issue opening on August 14, 2026, and closing on August 21, 2026, subject to a possible extension.
