IIRM Holdings India Ltd. secures Rs 1500 million investment led by Carpediem Capital and Sanshi Fund

IIRM Holdings India Ltd (BSE: IIRM, 526530) announced it is raising Rs 1500 million through a combination of Equity Shares and Fully Convertible Warrants at a price of Rs 143.28, with the investment led by Carpediem Capital and Sanshi Fund - I. The capital raised will support business expansion, strategic investments, and capital expenditure, according to a press release issued July 31, 2026, and the flagship company, India Insure Risk Management and Insurance Broking Services Private Limited, is the first Licensed Insurance Broking company in India.
