Tamboli Industries Ltd share price declined by 4.48% to Rs 213.0 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 49.02% to Rs 2.09 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 18.99% to Rs 18.43 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Tamboli Industries Ltd stood at Rs 2.82 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 65.88% year-on-year, and crashing by 49.37% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 3 crore, surging by 157.89% YoY and nosediving by 29.57% sequentially. Total expenses dropped by 12.42% to Rs 15.86 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 5.39 crore, easing 6.10% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 3.82 crore, registering a growth of 7.30% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 16.72% to Rs 80.43 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 27.24% to Rs 9.81 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 1112% to Rs 12.92 crore, and PBT soared 27.64% to Rs 13.44 crore compared to previous TTM. Tamboli Industries Ltd soared by 29.21% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 4.36% during the same period.
