Black Rose Industries Ltd consolidated sales down 14.38% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit registered a growth of 10.41%

Black Rose Industries Ltd share price declined by 4.67% to Rs 105.05 after the company's net profit improved by 10.41% to Rs 10.39 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 14.38% to Rs 89.08 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Specialty Chemicals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 4.98 lakh crore, gaining 6.22%. It has marginally improved by 0.81% over last one week and heading higher by 10.56% in last one month while the market capitalization of Black Rose Industries Ltd has inched up 9.26% and 22.97% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Black Rose Industries Ltd stood at Rs 14.12 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 145.99% year-on-year, and rising by 14.98% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 13 crore, surging by 176.35% YoY and easing 8.38% sequentially. Total expenses dropped by 17.71% to Rs 75.76 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 20.34 crore, posting a minor increase of 2.57% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.83 crore, plunging by 15.28% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations contracted by 11.32% to Rs 337.34 crore, while net profit eased 1.27% to Rs 20.96 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 2255% to Rs 26.05 crore, and PBT softened 0.80% to Rs 28.35 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 12.51 crore in FY26, as against Rs 14.0 crore in FY25. Black Rose Industries Ltd headed higher 5.90% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 4.36% during the same period.
