Urban Company's net transaction value grew 42% to Rs 1,465 crore in the recent quarter

Urban Company Limited, formerly UrbanClap Technologies India Limited, reported consolidated net transaction value (NTV) growth of 42% year-over-year to Rs 1,465 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with revenue from operations increasing 44% to Rs 528 crore, and 13.2 million orders placed during the period. The company’s consolidated adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) loss narrowed to Rs 65 crore from Rs 98 crore in the previous quarter, with adjusted EBITDA (excluding InstaHelp) reaching Rs 67 crore, or 4.8% of NTV, while India Consumer Services (excluding InstaHelp) recorded NTV growth of 29% year-over-year.
