Ecos (India) Mobility & Hospitality Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to approve and take on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window for company directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives has been closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are approved and filed with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
