Prima Industries Ltd. said its board approved a proposal to adopt a new Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, replacing the existing documents framed under the Companies Act, 1956, in order to align with the Companies Act, 2013, at a meeting held on July 31, 2026. The move is subject to approval by the company's shareholders at the 32nd Annual General Meeting.
