Prima Agro Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved a proposal to adopt a new Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, replacing the existing ones framed under the Companies Act, 1956, to align with the Companies Act, 2013, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 39th Annual General Meeting.
