Aryaman Capital Markets appoints Ronak Jain, while Darshit Parikh departs the board

Aryaman Capital Markets Limited appointed Ronak Jain as an additional non-executive independent director for a five-year term, effective July 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, while Darshit Parikh stepped down from the same role also on July 31, 2026, following the completion of his second consecutive term. The company also reconstituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with Ms. Kajal Chhatwal as chairperson and Ms. Damini Baid and Mr. Ronak Jain as members.
