Divi's Laboratories announces leadership changes, with two executives retiring in 2026

Divi's Laboratories Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that L. Ramesh Babu and D. Madhu Babu will cease to be Senior Management Personnel, retiring from their positions as Vice President (Procurement) and Vice President (Projects) respectively, effective July 31, 2026.
