Banswara Syntex shareholders re-appointed key executives and appointed a new director

Banswara Syntex Limited announced that shareholders at its 50th Annual General Meeting on July 30, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Rakesh Mehra as Chairman and Whole-Time Director, Ravindrakumar Toshniwal as Vice-Chairman and Whole-Time Director, and Shaleen Toshniwal as Managing Director for three years from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029. Additionally, Udeypaul Singh Gill was appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, starting May 20, 2026.
