Angel Fibers schedules AGM, re-appoints director for five years, pending approval

Angel Fibers Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the draft directors' report for the financial year 2025-26 and scheduled the 13th Annual General Meeting for August 22, 2026, at its registered office in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rutvikkumar Prabhudas Bhensdadiya as an Independent Director for a second consecutive term of five years, effective September 3, 2026, pending shareholder approval.
