Data Patterns (India) to acquire ST Advanced Composites for Rs 1.50 crore

Data Patterns (India) Limited announced it will acquire 100% of ST Advanced Composites Pvt. Ltd. (STAC), a Chennai-based advanced composite engineering company, for a cash consideration of Rs 1.50 crore and a loan of Rs 8.50 crore to settle liabilities. Upon completion of the acquisition, STAC will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Data Patterns (India) Limited, enabling vertical integration and expanding the company’s capabilities to offer integrated subsystems to customers such as DRDO and radar OEMs. The acquisition is expected to be completed within three months and does not require governmental or regulatory approvals.
