Deep Health AI India appoints directors via e-voting at Thursday’s shareholder meeting

Deep Health AI India Limited, formerly known as Deep Diamond India Limited, held its 1st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday, July 30, 2026, via video conference, with 56 shareholders participating. During the meeting, Narayan Singh Rathore, Chairman of the Company, presided over the proceedings, and resolutions were passed to appoint Bhupesh Swami and Shashi Kala Dhabriya as Non-Executive Independent Directors on the board, both requiring a special resolution.
