Standard Engineering Technology Limited, formerly known as Standard Glass Lining Technology Limited, announced the completion of the acquisition of 33.55% equity in M/s. GScale Energy Private Limited on July 30, 2026, as previously disclosed, and M/s. GScale Energy Private Limited has become an associate company of Standard Engineering Technology Limited with effect from the same date.
