Company increased MSME sourcing to 36.81% in FY 2025-26, up from 27.23%

The company reported sourcing 36.81% of materials directly from micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in fiscal year 2025-26, up from 27.23% the previous year, and 64.52% of its sourcing occurred within India, a rise from 55% in FY 2024-25. The firm, which engages with industry groups including the Confederation of Indian Industry and the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry, also stated that 14% of its total wage cost was allocated to rural areas in FY 2025-26, down slightly from 16% the prior year. While the company maintains a system for handling consumer complaints, receiving 110,781 in FY 2025-26, the report notes, with a caveat regarding accuracy, that none remained unresolved. The firm has not undertaken social impact assessments or rehabilitation and resettlement activities in the most recent fiscal year and reports no instances of data breaches.
