Mangal Credit to consider financial results, debt fundraising, and shareholder meetings

Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and a proposal for fund raising through a debt issue in the form of Non-Convertible Debentures, as well as to fix the date, day, time, and venue of the 64th Annual General Meeting for seeking shareholder approval for further fund raising via a preferential issue of Convertible Equity Warrants. The company will also consider and approve an increase in its authorized share capital, subject to shareholder approval, and trading window for dealing in the securities of the company remains closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
