Diligent Industries Limited submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, received from Venture Capital & Corporate Investments Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming the mutilation and cancellation of dematerialized securities and updating the company’s records with the depositories National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
