KG Petrochem’s board approved a Rs 3.5 crore guarantee to Suave Casa Ideas, among other appointments

KG Petrochem Limited announced that its board approved a proposal to issue a corporate guarantee of Rs 3.5 crore in favor of M/s. Suave Casa Ideas Private Limited, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also approved the reappointment of Manish Singhal as Managing Director, Prity Singhal as Whole Time Director, and Gauri Shanker Kandoi as Chairman cum Whole Time Director, all for terms of three years, pending shareholder approval at the August 26th meeting. Additionally, the board appointed Anjal Kejriwal as a Non-Executive Additional Director, with plans to regularize his appointment as an Independent Director for a five-year term, also subject to shareholder approval. The company's 46th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 26th at 12:00 P.M. (IST) in Jaipur, and the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from August 20th to August 26th.
