Sammaan Capital Limited reported that it made timely payments of interest on its Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures, including amounts of Rs 4.29074 crore on ISIN INE148I07XR5, Rs 18.70111 crore on ISIN INE148I07XG8, and Rs 55.12500 crore on ISIN INE148I07XC7, among others, as of July 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
