Sodhani Academy re-appoints Priya Sodhani as director and Rajesh Sodhani as Managing Director

Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Limited announced the re-appointment of Ms. Priya Sodhani as director and Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sodhani as Managing Director for a period of three years, both subject to shareholder approval at the company's 17th Annual General Meeting on August 24, 2026. The company also appointed M/s Rajvanshi & Associates as Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s J C Kabra & Associates, and fixed August 18, 2026, as the record date for the final dividend payment for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
