Zeal Aqua Limited to seek shareholder approval for director appointment and auditor change

Zeal Aqua Limited will hold a board meeting on August 5, 2026, at its registered office in Surat, Gujarat, to consider, among other items, seeking shareholder approval for the continuation of Mr. Shantilal Ishawarlal Patel’s appointment as Whole-Time Director, following his reaching the age of 70, and to appoint Mr. Manish R. Patel as Secretarial Auditor to replace M/s. JDM & Associates LLP, which resigned. The company has also closed its trading window for directors, key managerial personnel, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
