Cineline India Limited receives Rs 33.75 crore from warrant conversion by multiple allottees

Cineline India Limited announced the allotment of 38,46,153 equity shares following the conversion of an equal number of warrants, receiving Rs 33,74,99,925.75 in warrant exercise price at Rs 87.75 per warrant. The company’s issued and paid-up share capital now stands at Rs 19,05,62,935, comprising 3,81,12,587 equity shares, with Ashish Rasesh Kanakia, Niyati Rasesh Kanakia, Vrutant Himanshu Kanakia, Vrusti Benefit Trust, and Utpal Sheth being the allottees.
