Seya Industries confirms MUFG Intime India compliance with SEBI regulations for Q2 2026

Seya Industries Ltd. informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
