Tilaknagar Industries confirms Aparna Chaturvedi's departure as Independent Director and committee chairperson

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd. announced that Aparna Praveen Chaturvedi (DIN: 00028647) has ceased to be an Independent Director with effect from the close of business hours on July 30, 2026, upon completion of her second consecutive term, and consequently also stepped down as Chairperson of Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
