DXC Technology's Xchanging Solutions will relocate its registered office in Bengaluru

Xchanging Solutions Limited, a DXC Technology Company, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Board of Directors approved shifting the company’s registered office from HP Avenue 39/40, Electronic City, Hosur Main Road, Bengaluru – 560100 to 6th Floor, Wing E, Prestige Lakeshore Drive, Building 10, Amani Bellandur Khane Village, Varthur Hobli, Mahadevapura Zone, Ward No. 150, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560103, effective July 30, 2026.
