The Ministry of Power has extended the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of SJVN Limited to Bhupender Gupta, CMD of NHPC Limited (DIN: 06940941), effective August 1, 2026, for a period of three months or until a full-time incumbent is appointed.
