INDO-MIM closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

INDO-MIM Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from July 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
