Titan Company appoints Dr. Karthikeyan and Mr. Vivekanandan as directors, nominated by TIDCO

Titan Company Limited announced the appointment of Dr. D Karthikeyan, IAS, and Mr. K Vivekanandan, IAS, as Additional Directors to its board, effective August 5, 2026, following nominations from Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TIDCO), a co-promoter of the company. Both individuals will serve as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors and are liable to retire by rotation, with shareholder approval to be obtained within the prescribed timelines as per SEBI regulations.
