Gland Pharma Limited announced that its ESOP Compensation Committee has allotted 6,979 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 8 employees on the exercise of stock options under the Gland Pharma Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2025. Consequently, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital increased to Rs 164,966,661, comprising 164,966,661 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
