Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency Limited will hold a board meeting on August 7, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results and segment-wise financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s listing regulations, and a trading window for insiders will be closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are made public on August 9, 2026.
