Venmax Drugs receives Rs 1.13 crore as equity shares are allotted from warrant conversion

Venmax Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited has allotted 7,53,334 equity shares at a price of Rs 20 each to Dinesh Muddu Kotian, following the conversion of an equal number of warrants. The company received Rs 1,13,00,10 for the allotment, increasing its paid-up capital to Rs 14,48,39,290 comprising 1,44,83,929 equity shares. Out of the total 1,00,25,000 warrants initially issued, 7,80,001 remain outstanding for conversion.
