VPM Vapi Enterprise appoints Sanket Goyal as independent director for five years

VPM Vapi Enterprise Ltd. (formerly Vapi Paper Mills Ltd.) announced the appointment of Mr. Sanket Goyal (DIN: 08716587) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective July 30, 2026, for a term of five years subject to shareholder approval at the company's upcoming annual general meeting. The board also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with Mr. Goyal joining all three as a member.
